Fortnite fps gradually drops after matches and does the same in other games. only fortnite having sudden fps drops and freezing every 5 seconds fortnite fps drops and lag. I went from 200+ fps on fortnite to under 50 fps the game is unplayable for me. i have changed nothing in my settings. i’ve had my pc for 6 months so there shouldn’t be a major drop of fps like this.. Most of the games nowadays come with the best optimizations possible, still games stutters, fps drops even if you are running the best pc in the world.. Fortnite fps drops on good pc 09-08-2018, 09:17 pm. howdy, so ever since i started getting back into fortnite 1 week ago i have been noticing really frustrating fps drops. for example i use to be able to play high settings and get around 150-200 fps and not have issues with spikes, but now i have to play on all low settings to be able to get. Fortnite fps drop-problem, i really need help i have all performance-enhancing setting turned on on my pc and i have all the latest drivers for nvidia. i have played this game since november.
